Otohime (乙姫 Otohime?) is a character from the game Yōkai Dochūki. She appears as a NPC character in Namco x Capcom and Project X Zone 2.

Mistress of the Ryugo-jo, located at the bottom of the Ghost Sea, one of the worlds of hell. Dress in opulent robes, she has a gentle personality and a tender demeanor.
After Tarosuke saved one of her turtles from danger, she rewarded him richly. She is known as a generous host who personally welcome visitors.

- Otohime and Aura are the only NPCs to appear as such in multiple titles.
- Otohime's suggestive appearance from Namco X Capcom onwards comes from a scene in Yōkai Dochūki where she strips in front of Tarosuke as spotlights fly across the screen in a dark room so players can only glance at a small part of the sprite for a couple of moments.
