Nelo Angelo (ネロ・アンジェロ Nero Anjero?) is an antagonist from the first Devil May Cry. He appears as an boss in Project X Zone 2. He is Vergil's corrupted form.

A mysterious warrior of the Demon World who appeared on Mallet Island, which the resurrected Dark Emperor Mundus was using as a base to invade the human world.
Clad in jet-black armor, he carries a great sword as tall as himself, as sharp as it is massive. The dark aura emanating from the sword gives a mere hint of its daunting destructive power.
He can also fire waves of magical meteors against opponents at long range.
