Crosspedia Entry[]

Leader of the giant crime syndicate Shadaloo. He started off with drug trafficking and soon sank deeper and deeper into the world of crime.

Cruel and arrogant, he is supremely confident in his own power. With his Psycho Power, he wields negative emotions like fear and hatred as weapons, but he has other superhuman powers at his disposal as well, such as flying and warping.

In order to cheat death, he regularly prepares substitute bodies, preferring especially those of women or powerful fighters due to their durability. His Psycho Power can also control other humans, enabling him to use them as substitute bodies or simply add them to his organization's firepower.

His latest evil plot is to take over the world using his secret weapon, the Psycho Drive.

Like much about him, the origin of his name is shrouded in mystery, and it's rumored that he takes other identities when he travels overseas.
